Smart Distance is a versatile tool included in the comprehensive Smart Tools collection. This telemeter, also known as a rangefinder, utilizes the camera's perspective to accurately measure the distance to a target. With a range of 10m-1km, it proves to be practical for various activities such as golfing, hunting, and sailing.

In order to measure distance effectively, it is necessary to input the height (or width) of the target. Fear not! We can make educated guesses about the height of different objects. For example, the average height of a man stands at 1.7m (5.6ft), a golf flag measures 7ft, a bus is approximately 3.2m (10.5ft), and a standard door boasts a height of 2.1m (7ft).

Moreover, if you happen to possess knowledge about the model of an aircraft, you can even measure its altitude. As a point of reference, the width of a Boeing 747 extends to 72 meters (236ft).

Using Smart Distance is intuitive and straightforward: just enter the height (or width) of the target and touch the screen. Once the target aligns with the two green lines, the measured distance will be displayed.
